The Cottage is 2 miles from the Lion Inn and set in an acre of garden containing many mature and unusual shrubs, flowers and trees.

There are two ponds in the garden with many mature trees, shrubs and flowers accompanied by a good selection of garden furniture. The garden is home to a variety of unusual birds and a wealth of wildlife and pond-life for the enthusiast.

The cottage consists of a 25’ Sitting Room with open fire, television and a good selection of books. Dining room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, kitchen with a multi-fuel Rayburn for cooking and heating and a small cloakroom.
Well placed for tours of Herefordshire’s “Black and White Villages”, Hereford Cathedral and the famous 'booktown' of Hay on Wye.
It is the perfect spot to paint, read or daydream.
Breakfast and other meals can be provided at The Lion Inn.
